2D to 3D CAD Conversion

Your initial concept can be presented to us, in strict confidence, as a fully detailed and dimensioned 2D drawing or a rough free-hand sketch, or even a conceptual idea!

AG Prototypes can assist the design and development process by either using this 2D data to manufacture a realistic and accurate model, implementing traditional modelmaking skills, or converting the drawings into a 3D computer model.

A 3D computer model can be used to create a rendered photo realistic image of your product for presentation or promotional purposes.

The 3D computer model can also be formatted into a file used by a variety of rapid prototyping processes, such as stereolithography and cnc machining.

With STL viewer software, a model can be approved by measuring features, calculating mass properties, rotating in any direction and making cross-section cuts.
